- 2011 Water Turn off Date
- 8.15.2011 - The Florida Ditch Companies received a grant for $1,000,000.00 to line the ditch to reduce seepage loss.
Construction on this project will be starting on Sept. 15, 2011. The water in the ditch will be turned off the morning of September 15, 2011 to facilitate this construction. We are hoping this project will result in a savings of 2300 Acre Feet of water per year and will help give you more water in dry years.
