Revised By-Laws and Amended Articles of Incorporation: At the 2012 Annual Meeting for the Florida Farmers Ditch Company and Florida Cooperative Ditch Company and the 2011 Annual Meeting for the Florida Canal Ditch Company and the Florida Canal Enlargement Ditch Company, a vote was taken to Revise the By-Laws and Amend the Articles of Incorporation and the changes were approved. 2012 Asssessment for Florida Farmers and Florida Cooperative Ditch Companies: Assessments for the Florida Farmers and Florida Cooperative Ditch Company were mailed in the beginning of March 2012. Assessments are due by April 15th this year.
